I was there for 3 nights and will be back. The room I got was neat, complete with bathrobes, enjoyed it. An electric kettle, refrigerators and glassware where an advantage. The location was amazing, near good restaurants, the main square and river and the main plaza and easily accessible.

Rezydencja Sowa Aparthotel exceeded my expectations in every way. the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, and the level of service was truly remarkable. the location was fantastic, right next to the river and surrounded by charming restaurants. the apartments were brand new, offering a quiet and comfortable atmosphere. the beds were so cozy, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I also have to mention the delicious pastries available, a specialty of the Sowa brand in Poland.

This was a first-class hotel experience that I highly recommend. Cons: Nothing that I didn't like.

We had a wonderful stay at a charming boutique hotel in Bydgoszcz. The breakfast, especially the cooked element, was delicious and had a great variety of options. The staff, particularly Alex, went above and beyond to make our experience memorable, helping us with dinner reservations and travel arrangements. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the beautifully designed room exuded luxury. The sauna provided a relaxing end to our days. Although there were a few minor issues with the WiFi and lack of storage space, these were overshadowed by the overall excellence of our stay. We can't wait to return to this hotel when visiting Bydgoszcz. I highly recommend this hotel for an exceptional stay.
